Hello — I’m Cassandra. I’m not your average lab tech — I turn science into structure and structure into progress. Every lab deserves both, and that’s what I deliver.

I started Crest Catalyst LLC because I’ve seen how easily great science can get buried under messy workflows and compliance chaos. Labs deserve better.

With nearly two decades of hands-on lab and operations experience, I help teams simplify the way they work by building processes that actually make sense and systems that grow with them.

I love finding the balance between structure and innovation, the place where everything runs smoother, data stays reliable, and people can finally focus on what they do best: the science.

Built from the Bench, Refined Through Operations

My career has always existed between two worlds — science and operations — though it didn’t occur to me early on how inseparable they truly are. Each role I’ve held revealed how one can’t truly function without the other, a connection that became impossible to ignore.

I guess it started when I worked as a Chemistry Student Assistant, running the stockroom, preparing lab lessons for instructors, maintaining instrumentation, and assisting with sample preparation. I was supporting the science directly, but also managing the logistics that made it possible. Looking back, that was my first introduction to the operational backbone of a lab — even if I didn’t realize it at the time.

As much as my detail-oriented side thrives in the analytical lab, I’ve found real fulfillment in linking those two worlds — translating the precision of science into the structure of operations. It’s something I’ve done throughout my entire career, often without realizing it, until it became impossible to ignore. Now, I want to take that balance to a larger scale — strengthening the systems behind the science, because that’s where lasting impact begins.
